What is the return and exchange policy?

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery or purchase.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unwashed
  • In original condition
  • With tags still attached

Items showing signs of wear, odours, stains, pet hair, or damage may be refused and returned to the customer.

Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Can I exchange an item for a different size?

Yes. Size exchanges are available, subject to product availability.

If the size you need is unavailable, we may offer a refund according to our return policy.
Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
What items are final sale?

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items purchased at trade shows, pop-up events, or in-person markets

If inventory permits, we may offer size exchanges for event purchases at our discretion.
